1. Agreement Overview

This Model Release & Image Usage Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Tymeless Glam & Co. (“Photographer”) and the undersigned client/model (“Client”).

By signing this Agreement, the Client grants permission to be photographed and acknowledges the terms regarding image use, rights, and privacy preferences.

2. Image Usage Authorization (Case-by-Case Selection)

Image usage is determined based on the Client’s selected preference below.

Full Usage Permission: I grant Tymeless Glam & Co. permission to use my images for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, promotional campaigns, and creative publications.

Faceless Usage Only: I grant permission for images to be used only if my face and identifying features are not visible.

Limited Usage (Paid Clients Only): Images may be used only on the photographer’s website or private portfolio.

Confidential / Private Session: (Paid Clients Only) I request that all images remain strictly private and not be used for any public or promotional purposes.

3. Default Usage Acknowledgment

Unless otherwise selected above, the Client acknowledges that full usage permission is the default standard for sessions.

4. Premium Privacy Options

Tymeless Glam & Co. offers enhanced privacy protections for clients who prefer discretion.

These may include:

faceless portraiture
restricted image usage
full confidentiality (no public sharing)

Clients selecting privacy options acknowledge that:

these sessions may limit portfolio use
additional fees or restrictions may apply

5. Copyright Ownership

All images captured remain the sole intellectual property of Tymeless Glam & Co.

The Client is granted a personal usage license, which allows:

social media sharing
personal use
personal branding (e.g., Instagram, portfolio)

6. Commercial Use Restrictions

Images may not be used for:

paid advertising
product promotion
resale
third-party commercial use

without a separate written commercial license agreement from Tymeless Glam & Co.

7. Image Editing & Alteration Policy

To maintain artistic integrity, the Client agrees:

not to apply heavy filters or edits
not to alter images in a way that changes the original style
not to crop or modify images in a misleading or damaging way

Minor adjustments for platform formatting (e.g., resizing) are permitted.

8. Credit & Attribution

Credit is appreciated but not required for personal use.

For collaborations, test shoots, or agreed partnerships, crediting Tymeless Glam & Co. may be required as outlined separately.

9. Revocation of Consent

Clients may request removal of images from public platforms.

However:

requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
removal is not guaranteed, especially for previously published or distributed content
administrative or processing fees may apply

10. Client Representation

The Client confirms:

they are 18 years of age or older
they are legally able to enter this Agreement
they voluntarily agree to be photographed

11. Liability Waiver

The Client agrees to release and hold harmless Tymeless Glam & Co. from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

the use of images as permitted
participation in the photography session

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

13. Agreement & Signature

By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Model Release & Image Usage Agreement.
