At Tymeless Glam & Co., we strive to provide a professional, high-quality photography experience for every client. This Refund Policy outlines how payments, deposits, and refunds are handled for all services and bookings.
By booking a session with Tymeless Glam & Co., you agree to the following refund terms.
1. Deposit Policy
All photography sessions require a deposit at the time of booking in order to reserve the requested date and time.
The deposit secures the photographer’s availability and covers scheduling, planning, and preparation time.
Deposits are held to secure your appointment and may be forfeited in the event of a cancellation or no-show outside of the permitted cancellation window, as outlined in the Booking & Cancellation Policy.
2. Refunds for Cancellations
Clients who cancel their booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible to receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellation requests must be submitted through the original booking method or by contacting Tymeless Glam & Co. directly.
3. Late Cancellations
If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled session, the deposit will not be refunded.
Late cancellations prevent the photographer from offering the reserved time to other clients.
4. No-Show Policy
If a client fails to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice, the session will be considered a no-show.
In the event of a no-show:

the deposit will be forfeited

the session will be canceled
A new booking will require a new deposit.
5. Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule a session once without penalty provided the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
If rescheduling occurs within the allowed window, the deposit will be applied to the new session date.
Rescheduled sessions are subject to photographer availability.
6. Refunds After Services Are Delivered
Due to the nature of photography and digital media services, refunds are not provided once a photography session has been completed or images have been delivered.
Photography services involve time, preparation, creative expertise, and post-production work that cannot be reversed once completed.
7. Image Editing and Artistic Style
By booking a session, clients acknowledge that they are hiring Tymeless Glam & Co. for its artistic style and creative direction.
Refunds will not be granted based on differences in artistic interpretation, editing style, or creative decisions.
8. Photographer Cancellation
In the unlikely event that Tymeless Glam & Co. must cancel a session due to illness, emergency, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond our control, clients will be offered the option to:

reschedule the session, or

receive a full refund of any payments made, including the deposit.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Clients agree to contact Tymeless Glam & Co. directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with their financial institution.
Initiating a chargeback after agreeing to these policies may result in additional administrative action to recover funds or enforce the agreed terms.
10. Policy Agreement
By booking a session or making a payment to Tymeless Glam & Co., the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
