Cancellation Policy

Tymeless Glam & Co. To ensure a smooth and professional experience for every client, the following booking and cancellation policy applies to all sessions and services. Booking Requirements All photography sessions with Tymeless Glam & Co. must be booked at least 3 days (72 hours) in advance to allow proper preparation and scheduling. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session date and time. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance for your session may be due prior to the session or on the day of the appointment, depending on the service selected. Deposit Policy The deposit secures your reserved session time and covers preparation, scheduling, and planning for your experience. If a client fails to attend their scheduled session (no-show) or cancels outside the permitted cancellation window, the deposit will be retained by Tymeless Glam & Co. Rescheduling Policy Clients may reschedule their session once without penalty provided the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time. Rescheduled appointments must be booked within a reasonable timeframe based on availability. Cancellation Policy Clients may cancel their session at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment and receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellation requests must be submitted through the original booking method or by contacting Tymeless Glam & Co. directly. Late Cancellations & No-Shows If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made within 24 hours of the scheduled session, the deposit will be forfeited. Failure to appear for a scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and the deposit will not be refunded. Photographer Cancellation In the rare event that Tymeless Glam & Co. must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness, emergency, or equipment failure), clients will have the option to: reschedule the session, or receive a full refund of the deposit. Policy Agreement By booking a session with Tymeless Glam & Co., clients acknowledge and agree to this Booking and Cancellation Policy.
